Day Two is the main Symposium event, featuring keynote speakers, industry panels, and thought leadership discussions on the macro drivers shaping energy demand, infrastructure development, and the evolving role of pipelines and utilities in powering communities. The day emphasizes connection, collaboration, and engagement across North America.

Dr. Hioe is a Principal Engineer in the Labs and Testing Department at DNV. He has 17 years of experience supporting government and commercial customers primarily in the oil and gas, and nuclear power industries.
Joey Bass has been with the Railroad Commission of Texas since April 2007. He is responsible for overseeing and directing the Pipeline Safety Field Operations & Analytics department, also Underground Storage within the Oversight and Safety Division.
Craig currently serves as a Director for Sunland Construction, Inc, as well as on their Board of Directors, after previously holding roles as VP, President, and CEO. His career spans 27 years with Sunland, with a primary focus on major projects.
