EACH25 Conference, a trans-disciplinary conference, brings together leaders and practitioners in innovative social prescribing interventions. These are based on environment, daily activity, and meaningful connections with a common goal to improve health and wellness. They include art, heritage, culture, sport, leisure, nature, education and access to basic human essentials which contribute to better health outcomes and stronger communities.
The conference seeks to build an epistemic community that bridges disciplinary, geographic, and cultural boundaries. Together, we aim to exchange insights, forge strategic partnerships, and lead the way toward a future healthcare model where prevention, social wellbeing and community empowerment and are at the forefront of health policy and practice.

Paul is the first Australian elected president of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP). In 2019, Paul was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia for his services to the pharmaceutical industry, the community and local government.
Michael holds a joint appointment as Director of Pharmacy at Alfred Health and Professor of Clinical Pharmacy, Centre for Medicine Use and Safety, Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences of Monash University.
Dr Katey Warran is Head of the PATHS (Public Health, Arts, Theory, Sociology) Research Group, based in the School of Health in Social Science at the University of Edinburgh.
I work for the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration (ARC) South West Peninsula. I lead a research programme around evidencing and developing non-NHS delivered interventions, including social prescribing pathways.
Daniel Hayes is a Senior Research Fellow within the Social Biobehavioural Research Group at UCL. His research focuses on how we can enhance and improve child and youth mental health by drawing on social, cultural and community support.
Thomas Astell-Burt is the Professor of Cities and Planetary Health at the University of Sydney’s School of Architecture, Design and Planning. He is also an Australian Research Council Future Fellow.
Dr JR Baker is an experienced executive with 20 years’ experience strategically leading health organisations to achieve cutting-edge service delivery.

Steve Morris is currently CEO of PSA. Previous roles include CEO Arthritis SA and CEO NPS Medicinewise. He has a keen interest in medicines safety, health literacy and workforce strategies which enhance the impact of pharmacists on patient outcomes.
