Vendor tables will be available on a first come, first serve basis. 6’ tables will be provided.  

Vendor Table Cost
IFMA Philly Chapter Member - $550.00 (includes 1 attendee)
Non-Members - $950.00 (includes 1 attendee)
Table selection will be on a first come, first serve basis based on your sign-up date.  Prior to registering, please view the table locations as you will be asked to provide your top three choices during registration.  View tables here!

Primary contact should complete the registration. 

Door Prizes at the event are encouraged - There are not any specific guidelines for door prizes. Some offer gift cards, while others - such as a furniture provider - give away an office chair. Please do not offer a coupon for free or discounted services.
