The Office of Highway Safety (OHS) invites you to attend the 2025 Idaho Highway Safety Summit at the beautiful Coeur d'Alene Resort in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
Join us April 14-16, 2025
as we work together to save lives by sharing best practices, discuss strategies
to prevent fatalities, identify methods to reduce traffic crashes, and learn about
new technologies, and research to help you stay focused behind the wheel (just
to name a few). The Highway Safety Summit is designed to foster discussion and
interaction within Idaho's traffic safety community partners. This
year, we will focus on "One Team" - building a collaborative culture
to save lives. While each of us have a role to play, it takes all of us
together to be successful to help Idahoans Drive Well.
We have four amazing keynote speakers who will share their knowledge and insights to help us improve ourselves and the lives of those we interact with. These speakers will energize and inspire us while leaving a lasting impact. Check out the Speakers link at the top of this page to find out more.
The Summit will also feature a series of workshops to help equip you to make your community safer, identify new technologies that are available, and equip attendees to help your community stay focused behind the wheel. There are four session tracks:

SHIFT Idaho
What is SHIFT? Shift is a movement. It's a positive attitude about progress. It is a commitment to change and overcome behaviors that make the road a dangerous place. Shift is an opportunity for all Idahoans to start thinking and talking about what's appropriate behind the wheel and in the passenger's seat.
