EXHIBIT SPACE DETAILS - Please use the forms sent to your email address to ship all your packages | freight or other show materials to the Advance Warehouse for the NYSAFAH at the Buffalo Convention Center.
You MUST send all packages | freight to the Advance Warehouse as noted herein. Shipments to show site sent prior to September 9, 2024, WLIL BE REFUSED. Please contact us HALE (email below) with any questions.

Please note: Outbound shipments must be scheduled by the exhibitor. Failure to schedule an outbound shipment by 6 PM Friday,
September 13th will result in the shipment being forced onto the Official Show Carrier and will be forwarded to the addressed
recipient. Any charges resulting from a forced shipment will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
HALE SERVICE DESK
Hale Expo Services, LC. will have a service desk staffed with a customer service representative to handle any last-minute equipment needs or questions you may have. The desk wil be operating during set-up, show hours and dismantling of the show and will be located on the exhibit floor of the facility.

Wade Beltramo is General Counsel for the New York State Conference of Mayors and Municipal Officials (NYCOM), a voluntary membership association which represents villages and cities in the State of New York.
Bob is the Chief Executive Officer of the Geneva Housing Authority and its Affiliate Corporations. He has nearly 30 years of experienced working with all aspects of Housing Authority operations.
Timmon M. Favaro concentrates his practice in the areas of community development and affordable senior and multi-family housing development law.
Steve Hugo, a Principal of HOLT Architects, has nearly 30 years of bringing a collaborative, creative, and visual design process to all of his projects.
Kelly is the Vice President of Program Support and Development at Community Services for Every1, a $50 Million nonprofit located in Buffalo, New York.

Matthew Roland, AICP is Assistant Dean for Real Estate and Clinical Assistant Professor at the University at Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning. At UB, he also oversees the Advanced Graduate Certificate in Affordable Housing.

Assemblymember Linda B. Rosenthal represents the 67th Assembly District, which includes the Upper West Side and parts of Hell’s Kitchen. She is a lifelong resident of the Upper West Side and serves as Chair of the Assembly Housing Committee.
