Integrating Vehicle Data in Fleets, Commercial Vehicles, and Adjacent Industries
The global COVESA member community and non-members will gather in Porto, Portugal, on 22-23 April 2026.
The event will be held at the Hilton Porto Gaia and the program will consist of one business track and two technical tracks each day. Social and networking opportunities include breaks, lunches and a 3-hour Demo Showcase and Reception on the evening of the 22nd during which members and non-members are encouraged to demonstrate their products, proofs of concepts, and discuss their company's offerings. COVESA has opened a call for proposals (CFP) for the program tracks at the event. Details on the CFP can be found here.Prospective speakers are asked to download, complete, and return the session proposal template to Sue Schmitt at sschmitt@inventures.com by 30 January 2026. Within the guidelines of the Membership Benefit program, COVESA members are welcome to attend free of charge (though registration is required and discount codes are sent to the primary member representative), and non-members are welcome for a small fee.

Due to additional costs associated with cancellations, a refund fee of $30.00 will be charged for all cancellations.
