Parking Information

UWSP metered parking lots are conveniently located throughout campus and are available at a rate of $1.00 per hour. All metered stalls on campus may be paid using the Passport Parking App (see instructions below); please be sure to correctly enter both the ZONE number and your license plate information. Coin payment is still accepted at select meters—look for meters with yellow tops in these lots.

Our recommendation for spring conference located in the Dreyfus University Center, would be to park in Lot R or Lot Z:

Lot R (Zone #293) - Entrances from Phillips St., Portage St., and Reserve St., West of the Dreyfus University Center and South of Albertson Hall (University Library) and the Noel Fine Arts Center. (12-hour limit). Enforced 2 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Lot Z (Zone #295) - Entrance from High St. Adjacent to the Dreyfus University Center. (4-hour limit)

A few exceptions:

  • Individuals with state Disabled placards may park in GUEST HANDICAP STALLS. Certain stalls are marked for Disabled-Campus Permit Holders. State Disabled placards are also valid in any campus meter without payment.
  • Vehicles with state, municipal, and federal government plates can park in any permit area (not meter stalls) without informing Parking Services. Any vehicle with these plates parked in a metered area MUST plug the meter.

Full details related to parking can be found at Home - UWSP Parking Services | UWSP.
