Dallas/Fort Worth
International Airport (DFW) is the closest airport to the Irving Convention
Center (approximately 7 miles). Or you may fly into Dallas Love Field (DAL),
which is approximately 12 miles from the Irving Convention Center.
What are the Exhibit Hall hours?
The exhibit hall will be
open on Tuesday, November 11th and Wednesday, November 12th
from 8:00am-9:30am; 12:30pm-2:00pm and 4:15pm-6:15pm.

Yes, the Irving Convention Center
is wheelchair accessible. The facility has a wheelchair accessible entrance, parking
lot, restrooms, telephones and drinking fountains. They offer ramp access and sidewalk curb
cut-outs. The center is also ADA
compliant.
Can I get credit for Recurrent Training or IA Renewal by attending this event?
Recurrent training credit and IA Renewal credit will be available at this conference. Your attendance at eligible sessions will be recorded and a Letter of Certification will be provided post-conference that you may submit to your company’s Training Manager or the FAA.
When will I get my Letter of Certification?
Letters of Certification will be emailed to you within two months of the event.

What is the registration cost and what does that include?
Registration to attend this conference is $299.00. This includes access to all education sessions, panel discussions and networking events. Continental breakfast and lunch is also included on Tuesday and Wednesday.
For companies with 10+ attendees, the registration fee drops to $199.00 per person.
Please note that as of August 4th, the rate will jump to $349.00 for individuals and $249.00 per person for companies with 10+ attendees.
Because we went to encourage maintenance students and apprentices to attend, there is no charge for their registration.
After completing the registration, will I receive an email confirmation?
YES- you will receive a registration confirmation email upon completing registration.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for event registration?
If for some reason you need to cancel your registration, please email Leslie Ferry at leslie.ferry@mhmpub.com by August 4, 2025, to receive a full refund minus a $20.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 4th.

We accept VISA and Mastercard for credit card purchases.

YES- you will receive a receipt via email after you have completed payment for registration.

All transactions are secured and processed through Authorize.net. No billing information is stored on any of our servers or shared with 3rd parties.
I can’t pay by credit card; is there an alternate payment method?
Can I make changes to my attendee registration and/or review my registration information?
Yes - Once you've registered you will receive an email confirmation which includes links to view and modify your registration details, personal info, contact methods and sessions you wish to attend.
Are there group discounts available if we have more than one person who wants to register for an event?
For
companies who have more than ten (10) attendees, the registration cost drops to
$199.00 per person if registered before August 4th. After August 4th, the cost of
registration will increase to $249.00 per person for companies registering more
than ten attendees.
Is there a student/apprentice rate?
YES…maintenance students and apprentices can register at no charge. If you are a maintenance student or apprentice, please contact Leslie Ferry at
leslie.ferry@mhmpub.com for a code to use when registering.
Are early bird discounts available?
YES-the early bird rate
is $299.00 for individuals and $199.00 for companies with 10+ attendees. This early bird rate will end on August 3,
2025. On August 4, 2025, the registration
rate will jump to $349.00 for individuals and $249.00 per person for companies
with 10+ attendees.
Can I register on-site?
Capacity at the Irving
Convention Center is limited.

$349.00 for individuals, and $249.00 per person for companies with 10+
attendees.
Where do I pick up my conference badge?
Upon entering the Irving
Convention Center, you can take the elevator or escalators up to the 4th
level. Check-In/Registration Desks are
located on the 4th level in the Pre-function Area. The Check-In/Registration area will be open
to pick up your conference badge, along with a bag of goodies as follows:
- Monday November 10th - 1:00pm-5:00pm
- Tuesday November 11th - 8:00am-5:00pm
- Wednesday November 12th - 8:00am-3:00pm

Are the meals included?
Yes, a continental breakfast is available in the exhibit area on Tuesday
and Wednesday. Lunch will be provided on
Tuesday and Wednesday. Refreshments will
be available at the Opening Reception and in the exhibit hall each afternoon.
