Please join the California Association of Winegrape Growers Foundation for the 5th Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament. The scholarship is specifically for the children whose parent/guardian is employed by a CA winegrape grower. We are very excited to once again host this very popular event on Monday, May 20, at the Wildhorse Golf Club, Davis, CA. 

The tournament will begin at 8:30 AM, with registration and the practice range, with a 9:30 AM shotgun start. We will be playing a four-person scramble. The day will consist of fun and games, a hole in one contest, and an awards reception with prizes, drinks and hors d'oeuvres. 

About Wildhorse Golf Club: Wildhorse Golf Club has been voted the best public golf course in Yolo County. Award-winning course architect Jeff Brauer uses trees, bunkers, ponds and Covell Creek to frame each hole from the tee box. You will enjoy tightly-manicured fairways and views of the mountains to the east and west.

About the CAWG Foundation: The California Association of Winegrape Growers Foundation is offering at least six scholarships in 2024 to graduating high school seniors. Students may study the subject of their choice. CAWG Foundation is awarding two types of scholarships: 1) Scholarships in the amount of $8,000 for four years at any campus in the University of California or California State University system. 2) Scholarships in the amount of $2,000 for two years at any California community college. For more information regarding the CAWG Foundation, please click here.
