                     As technology improves and utility build out expands, the 811 system and how we dig safely will always require continuous improvement and adaptation. One Call centers have adapted over the years to do so much more than produce tickets - they create public awareness, provide training, and have become the outlet in which utility owners, contractors, and locators communicate through to get the job done. What do you think the next progression is for 811 centers? Can you picture any radical changes ever being made on a national level, or is working state by state good enough for you?
