                     Catastrophic incidents leave lasting impacts to communities, require months of tedious investigation, and are litigated for years. They remind everyone of why damage prevention must be taken very seriously, and it should be our duty to learn as much as we can when these things do occur. As cliche as it sounds, we know most accidents are ultimately caused by a lack of "communication" between various parties. This "All-Star" panel has some of the best and brightest veterans in the industry from all stakeholder groups, so how can we take this opportunity to come together, and have a healthy discussion about the importance of damage prevention and working together? Why is communication still a problem in 2025?
