A low unemployment rate before, during and after the pandemic has created an environment for so many new terms to enter our vocabulary—ghosting, quiet quitting, the great resignation, the great rebalancing and most recently, “sansdemic”. These are just some of the terms for the fact that workforce change is happening faster than ever, and the workplace must adapt in order to meet the business, patient and community needs. In this session, we’ll discuss data that helps us flex in front of the changes before us: benchmarking staff revenue and compensation, job content alternatives, skills development and we’ll even touch on AI. And, as the sharing of information between practices is so valuable, time will be set aside for building networks of knowledge amongst each other.
