After reviewing current practices and seeking feedback, we redesigned our Help Desk dashboard for recording desk interactions to be faster, easier for students and staff, and straightforward for statistical analysis. After a year's use of the changes, we have noted marked increase of recording interactions from student employees, staff, and librarians. In this talk, I will highlight the changes we made, how I worked with staff and students to encourage use, and where we may go from here in terms of taking what we have learned and improving further.
