Bob Cerminaro serves as division CEO of Bank of Nevada and First Independent Bank, divisions of Western Alliance Bank. Mr. Cerminaro has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. A veteran of the banking industry, Bob has served in a variety of senior-level commercial, corporate and investment banking leadership roles at Santander Bank, KeyBank, Citigroup and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Most recently, Bob was managing director and head of mid-corporate banking for Santander Bank leading all strategic efforts including segmentation and national expansion. As a member of the senior operating committee and executive leadership team, Bob was instrumental in executing various marketing, business development, transformation and risk management initiatives as part of the Group’s overall U.S. strategy. Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pittsburgh where he was a scholarship athlete, a certificate in finance from the London School of Economics and a master’s degree from St. John’s University.
