Astronomers and astronomy students from Lund University welcome visitors at the observatory on top of the astronomy building. Due to limited space on the observing platform all visitors must pre-register.
Note that if the skies are cloudy or if there is risk for rain on Culture Night, we will not be able to open the dome or observe universe. Registered visitors are still welcome to come by, see the observatory and discuss their cosmic questions with our astronomers.
Observing events on Culture Night will start after sunset. Events will be held at 21:00, 21:40, 22:20, 23:00 and 23:40. Registration starts on September 17th at 12:00.
