Food Stations

2 door prize raffle tickets per person. If you register before December 20, 2025, you and your guest(s) will get an additional 5 raffle tickets. You can purchase additional raffle tickets during registration or the evening of the event (cash only the night of the event). Raffle tickets are 5 tickets for $5 or 12 for $10.

Prepare to enter our exclusive Saloon in style with your bright and sparkly colors. Dress "fancy" without being afraid to show your personal style and Texas roots. If you are not into dancing, there is always the relaxing lounge with game entertainment.  We look forward to seeing you in whatever fiesta outfit you decide to wear.

Deadline for Registering

Registration closes Jan 2, 2026 at 10:00pm. If you are late registering, please contact Hilda Quinones (hildaq@qnadiversified.com) and we will try to accommodate you and your guest.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact Bonnie Hopke at bonniejeand@msn.com. We will refund 50% of the event fees if you cancel before Christmas (December 25). There will be no refunds after December 25. There are also no refunds of sponsorship or raffle ticket fees. You may substitute attendees at any time.

Not a Member of SAME = $75/person
