House New York, in partnership with the New York State Association for Affordable Housing (NYSAFAH), is proud to present the 24th Annual New York State Affordable Housing Conference in New York City, Thursday May 18, 2023. This housing event is the largest in the nation and will include over 60 affordable housing industry exhibitors, 18 one hour professional workshops, plenary program with breakfast and key affordable housing panelists, a banquet luncheon with keynote, and a robust post-conference reception.
This year's conference planning committee is chaired by long-time NYSAFAH Board Officer, Deborah VanAmerongen, Strategic Policy Advisor at Nixon Peabody, LLP. Deborah and her committee members have planned a series of workshops that will engage a wide-array of housing professionals in finance, construction, design, development, management and policy. Attendees at all stages of professional development will learn the most up-to-date information about City and State housing programs, new financing opportunities, and much more.
