2. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- Execution of the contract, i.e., organization and settlement of the event called Building a Resilient Identity Security Strategy with CyberArk (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”) (GDPR, Article 6(1)(b)), for no longer than 6 years;
- Informational, promotional, or marketing purposes based on the consent you have given (GDPR, Article 6(1)(a)), for no longer than 6 years;
- Fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on the Administrator, particularly tax obligations (GDPR, Article 6(1)(c)), until the expiration of claims related thereto;
- Direct marketing, particularly concerning events organized by the Administrator (GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)), for no longer than 6 years.
3. The Administrator will process the following data: name, surname, email address, phone number, job position, and the name of the represented company/entity.
4. The recipients of your personal data will be only the entities cooperating with the Administrator in organizing the Event.
5. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer data, object to unlawful processing, and withdraw your consent to data processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
6. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) if you believe that the processing of your personal data is unlawful.
7. Providing your personal data is necessary to participate in the Event.
8. No automated decisions (profiling) will be made based on your data.
- Direct marketing, particularly concerning events organized by the Administrator (GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)), for no longer than 6 years.
