The Future Jain Leadership Program envisions helping Jain youth define their life mission in alignment with JITO’s principles, including economic empowerment, knowledge, and service. FJLP strives to cultivate a curiosity among Jain youth for ways to improve the status quo. Through entrepreneurial training, we will provide first-hand experience in what it is like to innovate and seek new solutions. We also understand the importance of proactiveness, a key aspect of initiative. It is through an initiative that success is born. By providing leadership training, we strive to create proactive Jain youth that takes responsibility for pursuing viable paths to achieve success. FJLP strongly understands the importance of collaboration. The best professionals rely on every team member to strive towards their mission. Through mentorship connections and youth interaction in our community, we hope to foster a collaborative environment from which members can learn and grow with the guidance of their mentors and support of peers.
