CWPN's Harvest Gathering 2023- Winds of Change is a 4 Day Spiritual Retreat with Classes, Workshops, Vendors, Rituals, Nightly Drumming  and Fire Circles, Bardic Circle, Friday's Silent Disco(bring your own device & headphones), Saturday's themed Steampunk Dinner, Multi-Night Glow Labyrinth, and more! Registrations including meal plans must be submitted by July 31st. Registration will be open until August 4th without meal plan. SATURDAY DAY PASSES NOW AVAILABLE. Day pass attendees must park in the outside lot. The entry time at the camp is between 8AM-10AM attendees are welcome to stay untill 11PM Saturday night. Come build Community with us, we cannot wait to Welcome you Home!

Camp has running cold and hot water, bathrooms and showers on site! Fully Catered meal plan is available for additional fee.  All attendees regardless of meal plan status are encouraged to eat their meals with the community in the dining tent. Time will be allotted for food preparation, outfit changes, etc.

We are following state COVID guidelines.  We will not require vaccine info or testing prior to this event. Masks are optional. All close proximity classes, rituals, and activities are held outside in open air. Attendees will be able to leave the grounds for food should they opt out of the meal plan. They will need to remain parked in the outside lot. 

Please note when registering choose registration options one attendee at a time. There is an option at check-out to add another person. We need to receive attendee information for each individual person. However, this does allow you to register for your whole family and pay at one time. Thank you!! 

PRICING INFO: 

Full Event Pass (Thursday to Sunday): $150

Kids Full Event Pass (5-14yo): $100

Meal Plan for Full Event: $125

Kids Meal Plan for Full Event: $80

Cabin Lodging: $50/ bed (4 beds per cabin)

Saturday Day Pass: $30 (no meal plan)

Saturday Day Pass & Meal Plan: $60

Contact the event coordinator about scholarship options should you like to attend and find yourself unable to afford entry!
