Faith Formation of Middle School has a cost of $75 dollars for the year.  This fee covers July 1, 2022 - July 1, 2023.  We will also be keeping attendance for our records for EDGE Nights.  EDGE Nights are held the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the Month from 6-7:30pm at Resurrection in the Hospitality Room.  There are 3 forms parents will need to sign at the first meeting in July.  The fee can be paid by cash, check (in the memo line please put EDGE and youth name) or credit card.
