We look forward to seeing you at the upcoming Young Farmers and Ranchers Leadership Conference! This is one of the nation’s largest state YF&R Leadership Conferences. We hope you’ll come prepared to learn a lot and have a great time!
Registration is 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM on Friday, February 10, in the Lower Lobby. You will receive your name tag, which will be required for entry to conference events, at registration. Download the conference app (EventLeaf Guide) to access all necessary conference information.
Attire: Conference dress is casual. Friday will be RED FRIDAY so come in your CHIEFS gear (or RED) to show your support and help pump up RED KINGDOM as the CHIEFS head to Arizona!
Many attendees choose to “dress up” or come in costume for the Saturday evening theme night dinner. This year’s theme for Saturday evening is Vegas Night. All Discussion Meet participants should dress in business attire for the contest.
Entertainment: Friday evening will include District "Get Acquainted" sessions and Casino Night on the 5th Level. Following dinner Saturday evening we will have Trivia Night. Cost for Trivia Night is $5/person. All proceeds go to the Foundation for Agriculture.
Kid’s Sessions: There will even be a couple of short sessions for children, ages 3 and up, presented by the Promotion & Education Committee. However,
please be aware that there are no babysitting services available.
Any children attending conference meals must have meal tickets in order to eat. You can pre-purchase tickets for children or purchase them when you arrive Friday during registration. Meal costs for the conference will be $40/child for ages 3-11 and $70/child for ages 12-17.
Drive to Feed Kids: Missouri Farm Bureau has teamed up with Missouri Farmers Care and Ford Motor Company in support of “The Drive to Feed Kids” at this year’s conference. We have a goal to raise $2,500 to fight food insecurity in our state. Ford has pledged to match money raised at this event. All money raised will stay in our local communities.
Cardinal's First Pitch - The St. Louis Cardinals have once again contributed the opportunity to throw out the ceremonial first pitch at a game in 2023. The Foundation for Agriculture will be selling $50 chances (limited to 52 by selling a deck of cards) at the YF&R Conference. Be sure to look out for this opportunity to throw the first pitch!
The hospitality area will be set up on the 5th level and will have many booths and displays. The hospitality area will be open on Friday evening during from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm during Casino Night and on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Visit all tradeshow booths and three different breakout seminars to be entered for a chance to win the Grand Door Prize.
Margaritaville has a waterpark! Farm Bureau YF&R Conference attendees will receive a $5.00 discount off of the daily rate (2 years and under are free). Margaritaville also provides free Wi-Fi to all guests!
