Unlocking the Future of Vehicle Data and Connected Services
The global COVESA member community and non-members will gather in Ann Arbor, Michigan, just outside Detroit, on 22-23 October 2025.
The event will be held at the Sheraton Detroit Ann Arbor Hotel and the program will consist of one business track and two technical tracks each day. Social and networking opportunities include breaks, lunches and a 3-hour Demo Showcase and Reception on the evening of the 22nd during which members and non-members are encouraged to demonstrate their products, proofs of concepts, and discuss their company's offerings. COVESA has opened a call for proposals (CFP) for the program tracks at the event. Details on the CFP can be found here.The themes for the fall event include:
1. Strategies for Delivering an Up-to-Date, In-Vehicle Digital Experience
2. Embracing the Digital Life of Vehicle Occupants
3. Integrating Connected Vehicles for Enhanced Mobility
4. Enabling/Enriching Vehicle Data through Artificial Intelligence
5. Industry Approaches for Data Modeling
6. Simplifying Fleet Management
Prospective speakers are asked to download, complete, and return the session proposal template to Sue Schmitt sschmitt@inventures.com by 30 August. COVESA does not approve sessions that are primarily company or product marketing pitches.
Within the guidelines of the Membership Benefit program, COVESA members are welcome to attend free of charge (though registration is required and discount codes are sent to the primary member representative), and non-members are welcome for a small fee.

COVESA Demonstration Showcase Opportunities
The COVESA AMM has a tradition of offering showcase sponsorships with excellent visibility and attendee interaction. There are different sponsorship levels (Gold, Silver and Standard) with varying benefits based on the desired recognition for the company and brand. Please note our cancellation policy: A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be granted if the request is received fewer than 5 days prior to the scheduled event.
Due to additional costs associated with cancellations, a refund fee of $30.00 will be charged for all cancellations.
