Baldor Motor Basics and Motor Application Training
A hands-on workshop presented by ES&E and ABB/Baldor Electric.

Andy Younts with ABB/Baldor will cover Motor Basics in the morning session and Motor Applications in the afternoon session. 

Motor Basics will cover how an electric motor works, including motor components, motor standards - IEC vs. NEMA, torque, and motor identification - input power, enclosures, efficiency, and insulation.

Motor Application will cover application considerations, motor upgrade options, different types of motors, explosion-proof motors, shaft current considerations, and inverter drive motor considerations.

Attend either session or both!
