On April 15, 2025 LUNGevity Conversations that Count Speakers will be Claudia M. Hardy, MPA and Angela Williams, MHERC. Their work will describe the development of a Community Health Advisors using volunteer community health workers as research partners to address cancer screening and access to care in the Deep South. The presentation will chronicle over 15 years of building a community-academic infrastructure to improve cancer screening and conduct community-based research to address disparities. We hope you will join us for this virtual event, held on Zoom from 12PM-1PM ET.
