Office and Remote Worker Ergonomics
August 10, 2023  ·  Webinar

Ergonomics refers to the concept and process of fitting the job to the worker and is an important factor in our daily lives. Employees who go home at the end of the day with sore shoulders, neck, and eyes highlight how well that fit was (or really wasn’t) executed for them. Office workers usually spend long periods sitting, developing poor posture due to unsuitable workstations. Thankfully, there are often simple, low-cost adjustments that can be made that will provide relief. We hope that you can join us for this discussion on common hazards that result in ergonomic injuries, ways to evaluate a workstation, and options that help employees perform their work without pain.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify common office ergonomic hazards
  • Perform a basic work station assessment
  • Complete basic adjustments for the most common ergonomic hazards
