New Voices New Rooms is the joint event platform of the New Atlantic Independent Booksellers Association (NAIBA) and Southern Independent Booksellers Alliance (SIBA). Taken together, NVNR represents bookstores from eighteen states. Membership in SIBA and/or NAIBA is required to attend as a bookseller or an exhibitor.
NVNR 2025 will be held Sunday-Wednesday August 3-6, 2025 in Atlanta, Georgia at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis.

Who needs an exhibitor pass?
Passes are required for all on-site personnel, including booth staff, handlers, and authors not in the program doing booth signings. Authors who are in the program will be provided with an author pass by NVNR. Any accompanying handlers, spouses, or other family members are required to have a pass.
How do I register someone for an exhibitor pass?
Each exhibit package comes with one to three exhibitor passes (depending on the sponsorship level). Exhibitors can purchase extra passes as needed. Exhibitors will receive a link to add on-site personnel with their Exhibits confirmation. Exhibitors will be invoiced for any extra personnel submitted beyond what is included in their Exhibit package.
Personnel can also register at the 2025 NVNR Attendee event independently but will be charged for an exhibitor pass when they do so.
How can I tell how many passes I get with my exhibit package?
The general rule is that an exhibitor pass is included with each table purchased. The total number of passes included in your negotiated package will be reflected in your final invoice.
Submissions are open for authors to appear at NVNR. Space is limited and contingent on exhibiting. Opportunities are available for panels, receptions, and featured speakers at meals. Submit here.

There will be no dedicated Galley Room, virtual or on-site, at NVNR 2025. Exhibitors will receive instructions for providing ARCs for any events featuring their authors. Review copies may also be handed out at the Exhibit booth.
