- Please follow the "Book Your Hotel" tab to make a room reservation for an arrival on May 17th or May 18th with a departure on May 24th. Please book your flights to arrive and depart as follows:
o Arrival: Saturday, May 17th if you are attending "The Marvelous Markets of Buenos Aires" Excursion on Sunday, May 18th OR
o Arrival: Sunday, May 18th before the start of the conference on Monday, May 19th
