Meeting Details
- Please follow the "Book Now" tab to make a room reservation for an arrival on April 6th or April 7th with a departure on April 13th. Please book your flights to arrive and depart:
o Arrival: Saturday, April 6th if you are attending the "Grand Imperial Tour of Kyoto" Excursion on Sunday, April 7th
o Arrival: Sunday, April 7th before the start of the conference on Monday, April 8th
o Departure: Saturday, April 13th with a recommended morning departure, as check out of the hotel is 11:00 AM

- Nearest airport: Osaka/Itami International Airport (ITM) is 1 hour from Hotel Okura Kyoto. Kansai International Airport (KIX) is 1 hour & 15 minutes away from Hotel Okura Kyoto.
