Meeting Details
- Please follow the "Book Now" tab to make a room reservation for an arrival on October 19th or October 20th with a departure on October 26th. Please book your flights to arrive and depart:
o Arrival: Saturday, October 19th if you are attending the "Journey Through the Dragon City" Excursion on Sunday, October 20th
o Arrival: Sunday, October 20th before the start of the conference on Monday, October 21st
o Departure: Saturday, October 26th with a recommended morning departure, as check out of the hotel is 12:00 PM

- Nearest airport: Trieste International Airport (TRS) is 50 minutes from Savoia Excelsior Palace.
