WVCEOS will be hosting it's Annual Fall Conference In-Person at Jackson's Mill, October 7-9, 2025. The conference is for CEOS Members only. Registration will open August 1, 2025 and will close at 1 p.m. on September 20, 2025. Lodge reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Call Jackson's Mill to reserve your room starting August 1st 304-269-5100.
Special Announcements:
- This year the WVU Jackson's Mill Lodge is closed for renovations (They are adding elevators and making it handicap accessible). We recommend that you call Jackson's Mill for Lodging first (304)-269-5100 ON or AFTER August 1st.
- Also there is a Hampton Inn off exit 99 that is about 10 minutes away. 76 Hospitality Wy, Weston, WV 26452, (304) 997-8750.
- Class fees such as craft and cooking classes, will be mailed separately at the time of when you register to the Presenter of that Class. Your Registration Fee will be mailed (preferred) the normal way to the WVU Extension Main Office at Knapp Hall or paid by Credit Card (If pay by Credit Card there is a credit card fee of 6% that will apply). Your Lodging is separate from your Registration Fee and is paid to WVU Jackson's Mill.

Cancellations/Refunds: To request a cancellation email paul.crumrine@mail.wvu.edu and wolfsinwv@yahoo.com. Cancellations must be received by WVU Extension no later than Friday, Sept. 19, 2025. Cancellations must be approved by WVCEOS State President Connie Wolfinger in order to receive a full or partial refund.
