4 consecutive Thursdays, Sept 19, 26, Oct 3 and Oct 10, 6.30 - 8.30pm. 316 West 5th Ave, Beaumont Studios, Vancouver BC
Learn and Practice fundamental Zen Buddhist and other mindfulness practices. Engage in a conversation to expand your consciousness and capacity for a fulfilling life.
As queers, even in this evolving time, we still find it challenging to be our Best Selves, when others have much easier access. How do we find peace when people still treat us less than, when we are mis-gendered, when we are not represented, when we are still oppressed and abused....
In this special life changing program, I will lead you through meditations and conversations that will open up your heart and mind. I will teach distinctions that will leave you being the most powerful, most wonderful, awesome queer, so that in the face of other's hatred and injustice, YOUR LIGHT will shine. You will have Peace, Joy, Wellness and your experience of being YOU will be that of freedom and much much more.
