Celso has a BS degree in Chemical Engineering and BA in Philosophy. With over 30 years of solid experience in Quality Assurance & Food Safety and Operations in the food manufacturing industry at management level, Celso has held positions such as Director of FS/QA, Production Manager, QA/QC Manager and served in various capacities. Celso is a certified FSSC 22000 lead auditor through CQI/IRCA and a certified SQF Packaging Auditor through SQFI. Celso is currently a Supplier Quality Assurance Manager/Supplier Quality Engineer with the largest sugar refiners in the world (ASR Group) and he has been with ASR for 12 years.
